Home Safety Chec for Aging Parents II Kristina Silverman OT

Home Safety Check for Aging Parents

 

A comprehensive in-home safety assessment designed for families concerned about aging parents at risk of falls. During this visit, I complete a full walkthrough of the home — including entryways, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, and stairs.

You’ll receive a same-day written safety plan with prioritized fixes, product and equipment recommendations, and tailored home modification guidance. A clear family summary is also provided, so adult children can take action quickly and confidently.

This service is private-pay only. Flat fee, no insurance delays.

 Duration: 45-60 minutes

 Location: In-home (Santa Clarita + surrounding areas)
