As the founder and sole occupational therapist, I bring over 12 years of experience in evaluating client's functional status along with assessing and adapting environments to meet the unique needs of individuals of all ages and abilities. My goal is to ensure that every client feels safe, independent, and comfortable in their home. I take pride in delivering compassionate, hands-on guidance from start to finish, tailoring each recommendation to the individual’s lifestyle and functional needs.

Kristina Silverman is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist specializing in home modifications, Aging-in-Place/OT consulting, functional/home safety assessments and home health therapy. As the founder of Kristina Silverman Occupational Therapy, APC, she is dedicated to helping individuals maintain independence, safety, and functionality in their homes.
With a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC), Kristina has built a strong foundation in evidence-based interventions, functional rehabilitation, and home accessibility solutions. Her expertise is enhanced by her Bachelor’s in Communications and a Minor in Business Law from USC, which allow her to effectively educate and advocate for her clients.
She is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), a Senior Home Safety Specialist (SHSS), and holds an Executive Certificate in Home Modifications (ECHM), demonstrating her commitment to creating safe, accessible, and practical living environments for individuals of all ages.
Beyond her professional expertise, Kristina has a deep understanding of the physical aspects of movement, rehabilitation, and injury recovery, having played soccer competitively since she was 5 years old. She was a collegiate soccer player at USC, where she won a national championship, giving her firsthand knowledge of physical resilience, strength, and recovery—key elements in her approach to therapy and home safety solutions.
